535 E. Hyman is the flagship building of the Aspen Core district. With views of Ajax mountain and a 2 block walk to the gondola the building features three levels of a great mix of retail and restaurant space with a dynamic second-floor space (currently available) .

602 E. Hyman is a historic building in the heart of Aspen’s core downtown area. With views of Ajax mountain and a 2 block walk to the gondola the building features a 70’s minimalist design with a 4,000SF ground floor and lower level commercial space and upper floor 3,200SF penthouse and rooftop deck.
